Font of choice.

Unless noted, I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85,
blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize 75%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer,
paste paper 07 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask
layer.

Paste element 11, resize 65%, duplicate, mirror one copy and move both into
place.

Paste element 13, resize 70%, apply a shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5
opacity 65 with the box "shadow on a new layer" checked then go back to the
element and repeat the shadow but with vertical set to 5 and horizontal to 0,
merge the element down onto the shadows, duplicate it, mirror the copy and move
both into place.

Paste element 96, resize 50% and position between the two copies of element
13.

Paste element 55, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow (we will just be
using the shadow noted at the top of the instructions now).

Paste element 85, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 03 on the top, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 70, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 09, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 102, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 04, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 30%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 74, resize 15% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
