Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 09 into the selection, deselect,
mirror the paper then apply mask 0037 and resize it 85%.

Paste the png mask 0072 and resize it 55%, select all, float and defloat,
make a new layer and paste paper 02 into the selection, deselect, delete the
original black mask layer and move the paper layer into position.

Paste element 16, resize 35% and move into place.

Paste element 44, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 09, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 99, resize 42% and rotate 5 degrees to the left, select the
interior with  your magic wand and expand the selection by 7, make a new layer
below the element and paste paper 08 into the selection, deselect, apply the
shadow to the element, merge it down on the paper and move into place.

Paste element 01, resize 40%, position below the merged window and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 60% and position on the top and the bottom of the
tag, duplicate, resize the copy 75% and position on the left below the merged
window, duplicate this copy, mirror it and position on the right at the bottom
of the house, apply the shadow to each.
Paste element 29, resize 30%,
position below the smaller copies of element 42 and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 35%, position above the two smaller copies of
element 42 and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 30%, duplicate, position one copy on the books/skull
and one on the cat and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 23 above the merged window, resize 18%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 69, resize 30% position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube on the top, resize, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 60%, position above the tree and apply the
shadow,

Paste element 57, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 46, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 74, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 03, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26 on the top, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
