You will need my  png masks

0084 and 0087.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow
of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 15.

Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 0084 and
resize it 85%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 17
into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste mask 0087 and
resize 40%, repeat as with the first mask but using paper 21, duplicate,
position one copy at the top of the first mask and the other over on the right.

Paste element 177, resize
50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 176, resize
35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 182, resize
25% and move into place.

Paste frame 9, resize 30%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 171, resize
20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 151, resize
17%, position erasing the bottom of element 171 that is showing and apply the
shadow.

Check your layers and
make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
text and export on a transparent background as a png.
