I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 09 into the selection, deselect, apply the mask and resize it 80%.

Paste element 106, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 85%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste element 33, resize 45% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.
