I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize it 42% and mirror it, select all, float and
defloat, make a new layer and paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect, delete
the black mask layer and move the paper one up.

Paste element 65, resize 50%, position at the bottom, duplicate twice,
position one copy on the right, mirror the last copy and position on the left,
apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 88, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 87, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 34 resize 30%, position on the left and erase the part of
element 88 that shows to the left of it.
