In this tutorial I used the beautiful tube “Panther”
from

Verymany.

You will need mask 1 from

Minja’s Designs.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow
of vertical 0, horizontal 4, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 750 and fill with white.

Paste the tube and
resize it 70%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 11
into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste element 116,
resize 70%, duplicate and position on either side of the mask.

Paste element 63,
resize 50% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 49, resize
50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize
35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 50%, paste element 82 below element 39, resize it 22% and move into place, select
the interior element 39, expand the selection by 5, invert it and hit delete on
element 82, deselect, apply the shadow to element 39, it down onto element 82
and move into position.

Paste element 114,
resize 40%, position below the merged layer and apply the shadow.

Paste element 101 on
the top, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 73,
resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize
20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resized
65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize
20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 57, resize
30%, duplicate, position behind element 36 and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 145, resize
12%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 40% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and
make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
text and export on a transparent background as a png.   I stretched the mask out a tiny bit wider
using my Pick tool.
