Font of choice.

I used  drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5,
opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask and resize
it 85%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 3 into the
selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste element 6,
resize 85%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 77, position
and apply the shadow,

Paste element 72, position
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 1,
resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 43,
resize 90%, click anywhere on your canvas outside of the element with your magic
wand to make a selection, invert the selection and contract it by 5, make a new
layer below it and paste paper 3  into
the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down onto
the paper and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize
30%, position and apply the shadow.
