You will need my png mask

Font of choice.

I used a drop
shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask,
resize 75%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 17
into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste element 39,
resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6,
resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

30%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

40% and move into place.   Select the
interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, paste paper 9
below it, resize 40%, change the blend mode to “Hard Light” and move into
place, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect and apply the shadow to
the element.

resize 65% and move into place, select all, float and defloat, paste paper 9 and
change the blend mode to “Hard Light”, move into place, invert the selection
and hit delete, merge the paper down onto the element and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize
22%, position and apply the shadow.
