You will need png masks
242 and 243 from

Mizteeque’s Digital Designs.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 5, horizontal 5, opacity
85, blur 10.

Paste mask 243, resize 85%, select all, make a new layer,
paste paper 10 into the selection, deselect and move up and to the left.

Paste mask 242, resize 85% also, repeat the above with
the same paper and move down and to the right.

Paste element 23, resize 60%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 40%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 45%,  mirror, duplicate, position and apply the
shadow to each.

Paste element 14, resize 40%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 65%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 30%, position below the tube and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 15%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 20% and rotate 70 degrees to the
right, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 35%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 45%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 12%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 20%, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 15%, position and apply the

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright and text and export as a png.
