In this tutorial I used the tube “Pink Orchid” by

Verymany.

You will need png mask 324 from

and mask 95 from

Kopona.

(the seventh one up from the bottom on page 2)

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0,
horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750
pixels and fill with white.

Paste Mizteeque’s mask and resize it 90%,
select all, float and defloat, make anew layer, paste paper 1 into the
selection, deselect, delete the original black mask layer and move the paper
layer up and to the right.

Paste the Kopona mask, resize 25% and
repeat the above with the same paper then move the paper copy down and to the
left.

Paste the tube, resize 30%, position and
apply the shadow.  

Paste element 116, resize 65%, select the
interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, make a new layer
below it and fill with black, paste the tube,  resise 55% and position in the element, invert
the selection and hit delete, deselect. 
Apply the drop shadow to the element, lower the opacity on the tube to
around 50, merge it down onto the black layer the merge the frame down onto
this tube layer and position below the main tube.

Paste element 40, resize 35%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 35%, position
below the merged frame layer so it shows at the top on the right.

Paste element 11, resize 40%, duplicate,
mirror one copy and position on the right below the  merged frame, position the other copy on the
left and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 8,  resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 55% and mirror, position
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 55% and rotate 35
degrees to the right, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 66, resize 35%, position below
the clock and apply the shadow.

Paste element 60 above the clock, resize
30% and flip, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 40%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 137, resize 20%, position
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 18%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 69, resize 10% and flip, position
and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 25%, position and
apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 65%, position on the
left  and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6 again resize 25% and
mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23 on the top,  resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any
adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and
export on a transparent background as a png.
