Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixel and fill with white.

Paste spray 2, resize 75% and move into place.

Paste spray 7, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste spray 9, resize 60% and move into place.

Paste element  54b, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 4, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  3, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  87, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 6b, resize 40% and move into place. 

Paste the tube, resize 50% and mirror, position below the frame, select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20 and hit delete on the tube, deselect and apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste word art 2, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  91a, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  79, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  111, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  95, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  100,  resize 45%, duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  16a,  resize 45%, position between the two copies of element 100 and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube again, resize 18%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 8, resize 80% and position below the tube.

Paste element  50, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  128b, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  44a, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  105, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  11, resize 13%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  103, resize 16%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  33a,  resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
