In this tutorial I

You will need my
mask

0074.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal  5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 650 pixels and fill
with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 85%, select all, float and
defloat it, make a new layer, paste paper 10 into the selection, deselect and
delete the original black mask layer.

Paste element  1,
resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  9,
resize 50% and position on the right, duplicate, mirror the copy then rotate it
90 degrees to the right and position on the right, apply the drop shadow to
each.

Paste element  8,
resize 50%, position on the right, duplicate, mirror and flip the copy and
position on the left, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  19,
resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  44,
resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  24,
resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  3,
resize 50%, select the interior with your magic wand and expand the selection
by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 1 into the selection,  paste the close up tube, resize 90% and
position in the element, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame and change
the blend mode on the tube to “Hard Light”.

Paste element  42,
resize 23%, position below element 3/paper/tube layers, apply the drop shadow and
do a little cutting gand pasting to bring the bulb part of the element to the
top.

Paste the main tube on the top, resize 55%, place in
position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  11,
resize 20% and mirror, position below the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  5, resize
30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  46,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  39,
resize 17%, duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  41,
resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  40,
resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  10,
resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  32,
resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  35,
resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  12, resize
17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  6,
resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  10
again on the top, resize 15% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop
shadow.

Paste element  21,
resize 15% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  2,
resize 12% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the
drop shadow.

Paste element  48, resize
15% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  43,
resize 27%  and mirror, place in position
and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  47,
resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  13,
resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 1, resize 80% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop
your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent
background as a png.
