You will need Christmas mask
39 from

Kopona.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity
65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 700 pixels and fill with
white.

Paste the mask and resize 20%, select all, float and
defloat it, make a new layer, paste paper 8 into the selection, deselect and
delete the original black mask layer.

resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

and resize 50%, click anywhere on your canvas with your magic wand to make a
selection then invert the selection and contract it by 10, make a new layer
below the element and paste paper 2 into it, deselect, apply  the drop shadow to the frame, merge it down
onto the paper and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop
your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent
