In this tutorial I used the art of

Cartoon Pink (AmyMatthews).

I used a stunningly beautiful kit called “Glitter, Glisten and Gloss".

I really love the colour theme in this kit.

I used mask 8 from set 3 by

 You will need “Metal Peacocks” filter from

Filter Factory.
(its filter 10 in Gallery E).

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 2 into the selection and apply the mask.

Paste spray 11, resize 55%, duplicate, merge the duplicate down onto the right and move up and to the left.

Paste spray 8, resize 50%, rotate 20 degrees to the right and place in position.

Paste wordart 2a, resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 1, resize 45% and move into position.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and fill with black.   Mirror the close up tube and paste it as a new layer, resize 85% and position in the frame, invert the selection,  hit delete to remove the excess and deselect.   Lower the opacity of the tube to around 70, merge it down onto the black layer and apply the Metal Peacocks filter on the default settings then apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste the main tube, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 6, drag it down to just above the lip spray, position on the right towards the bottom, duplicate, move the duplicate over to the left, duplicate again, mirror and flip and position towards the top, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 47 just below the main tube, resize 45%, duplicate, mirror and flip the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 12, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 40% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 45c, resize 90%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 57b, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 58b, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 25% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 12 on the top, resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 79, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2a, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 61a, resize 35% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44a, resize 25% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44b, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1a, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1b, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
