Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 and fill with white.

Paste element 22, resize 35% and position.

Paste element 65, resize 20%, mirror and position.

Paste element 77, resize 25% position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 25% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 60% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 111, resize 30% and position, select the interior of the element with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it, paste paper 10 into the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the element and merge it down onto the paper.

Paste element 110, resize 35% and position, paste paper 3 below the element, resize it 15% and move into place, apply the shadow to the element and merge it down onto the paper.
