I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 99, resize 55%, duplicate and move into place.

Paste element 68, resize 80% and position.

Paste element 29, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 45%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 109, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 86, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 117, resize 45%, select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the element, merge it down into the paper and move into place.

Paste element 48, resize 25%, position below the merged layer and apply the shadow.
