Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste element 78, resize 60% and move up and to the left.

Paste stamp 2, resize 60% and position,

Paste spray 5, resize 65%, mirror and position.

Paste element 74, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 34, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 75, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 69, resize 35%, position on the right, duplicate, resize the
copy another 90% and position on the left, apply the shadow to each.

Paste frame 1, resize 40% and flip, select the interior with your magic wand,
expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it, paste paper 7 into the
selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper
and move into place.
