Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize it 55% and duplicate it twice.  Resize one copy
another 90% and place on the right at the bottom, flip one copy and position at
the top, mirror and flip the third copy and position on the left.  Select each
mask individually, float and defloat, make a new layer and paste paper 18 into
each one then delete the original black layers.

Paste element 89, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 58, resize 45%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 32, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 174, resize 60% and position below element 32.

Paste element 60 on the top, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 30% and mirror, position between the two copies of
element 59 and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 60%, position above the two copies of element 38 and
apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
