Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 5, horizontal 0, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, pate paper 10 into the selection, deselect,
apply the mask and resize 85%.

Paste element 31, resize 35% and move into place.

Paste element 77, resize 30% and move into place.
