Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize it 70% and mirror it, select all, float and defloat,
make a new layer, paste paper 6 into the selection, deselect, merge the paper
layer down onto the original and position.

Paste my mask, resize it 75%, select all, float and defloat, paste element 8
into the selection, deselect, delete the original black mask layer and move the
element one into place.

Paste element 159, resize 60%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original and move into place.

Paste element 57, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 119, resize 40%, duplicate, position both copies below element
57 and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 26 on the top, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 99, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 23%, duplicate, position and apply the shadow to
each.

Paste element 91, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 78, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.
