Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0 horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper
5 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste element 162, resize 50% and position.

Paste element 166, resize 50%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original and position.

Paste element 12, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 163, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 78, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7 and resize 55%, select the interior with your magic wand and
expand the selection by 2, make a new layer below it and fill with black, paste
the tube, resize 70% and position in the element, inert the selection and hit
delete, deselect, lower the opacity on the tube to around 55 and merge it down
onto the black layer, apply the shadow to the frame and merge it down onto the
tube/black layer.

Paste element 124, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 111, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 137, resize 35% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste wordart 4, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube again, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 15%, position below the tube and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 58, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 54, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.  I did little
erasing along the bottom so they appeared to be in the crate.

Paste element 53, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 152, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 125, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 12% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 74, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.  Again, I did a
bit of cutting and pasting here to put the top of the bow above the tube.

Paste element 49, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 44 on the top, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 64, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 169, resize 70% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
