Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 5,  horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper
38 into the selection, deselect, duplicate the paper twice, close off the white
background layer, merge the mask layers visible and open the white
background.

Pate element 185, resize 40%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the
original and move into place.

Paste element 147, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.
