About me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

In this tutorial I used the Holiday Edition HE32 "Burlesque Deux"
from
Barbara Jensen.
The tube comes with 4 layers and
can be purchased
at

The kit is "Joyful Memories" from
Pink Paradox Productions
and is also
available at

You will need the png mask 294 from
and mask 49 (which downloads as 24) from

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the Kopona mask and resize it 23%, select all, float and defloat, make
a new layer, paste paper 20 into the selection, deselect and delete the original
black mask layer.

Paste Mizteeque's mask, resize 95% and flip then and repeat the above using
paper 21.

Paste element 102, resize 55%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 100, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 132, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 86, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 84, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 96, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 126, resize 40% and mirror, position below the tube and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 54, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 79, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 119, resize 25%, erase the stalks, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 53 on the top, resize 20% and mirror, position and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 125, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 71, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
