Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizonal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 347, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper
8 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste mask 363, resize 90% then repeat with the paper as for the first mask
then move the two into place.

Paste element 134, resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 47, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 70, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 58, resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 159, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 109, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 10, resize 40% and rotate 90 degrees in either direction, select
the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer
below it and paste paper 8 into the selection, paste the tube, resize 70% and
move into place, invert the selection and  hit delete, deselect, change the
blend mode on the tube to "Luminance (Legacy)" and merge it down on the paper,
apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the tube/paper and move into
place.

Paste element 63, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste wordart 1, resize 42%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste the tube again, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 30%, position below the curtain that is draped over
the frame and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 54, resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 122, resize 10%, position above the curtain and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 81, resize 5%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 34 on the top, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 163, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 137, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 7%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 68, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow

Paste element 30, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.     I made the mask 347 a little larger.
