Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur
10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste Mizteeque's mask, mirror it and resize it 90, select all, float and
defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect, delete
the original black mask layer and move the paper one up and to the right.

Paste element 63, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 75%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste my mask, mirror it and resize it 55%, select all, float and defloat,
make a new layer, paste paper 26 into the selection, deselect and delete the
original black mask layer.  Position the paper mask layer below the house on the
left, duplicate it, resize the copy another 90%,  mirror and flip it and
position on the right.

Paste the tube on the top, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 70% and apply the shadow, position below the house
so the right hand edge lines up with the veranda post and erase the bottom part
of the element from about below the top skull that is on the left (you don't
need to be exact it will be covered).

Paste element 36, resize 35%, position above the house and apply the
shadow.

Paste element 67, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 47, resize 35%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 39 on the top, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 60%, apply the shadow and position behind the bench
erasing the candles that show above it. 

Paste element 1 on the top, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 111, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 86, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your
copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a
png.
