Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow
of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new canvas 750
by 750 pixels and fill white white.

Paste the mask, resize
it 80%, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 4 into the
selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste owl, resize 27%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste cog 5, resize
50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste cog 4, resize 30%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste shelf, resize 90%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste cog, resize 50%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste watch 3, resize 80%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste telescope, resize
35% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste frame 10, resize
50% and move into place, select the interior with your magic wand, expand the
selection by 10, paste the tube below the frame,  resize it 70% and move into place, invert the
selection, hit delete and deselect, change the blend mode on the tube to “Hard
Light” and lower the opacity to around 85 and apply the shadow to the frame.

Paste the tube again,
resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste key 2, resize 35%,
position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste balloon 1, resize
40%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste charm 2, resize 33%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste tree, resize 60%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste light, resize 45%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste compact, resize 30%,
position and apply the shadow.

Paste glasses 2, resize
30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste flower 2, resize
20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste pig, resize 25%,

make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
text and export on a transparent background as a png.
