0040.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow
of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select
all, paste paper 8 into the selection, deselect, apply the mask, resize 95% and
move up on the canvas.

Paste spray 2, resize
85% and move into place.

Paste spray 8. Resize 75%
and move into place.

Paste element 18,
resize 85% and move into place at the bottom.

Paste element 31,
resize 85% and move into place.

Paste element 81,
resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 66,
resize 50%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and apply the shadow to each.

resize 80%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 45%, flip and rotate 20 degrees to the right, position and apply the
shadow.

and apply the shadow to each.
