In this tutorial I used the tube “Steampunk 34”

Font of choice.
I used a drop shadow
of horizontal 0, vertical 5, opacity 85, blur 10.
Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.
Paste the mask, select
all, float and defloat it, make a new layer, paste paper 13 into the selection,
make another layer, paste paper 12 into the selection, deselect, delete the
black mask layer, change the blend mode on the top layer to “Hard Light”, close
off the white background, merge visible, open the white background and resize
the mask layer 99%.
Paste element 66,
resize 65%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 7,
resize 90%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 46,
resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 12,
resize 40%. Position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 100,
resize 60%. position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 67,
resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste frame 5,
resize 23%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 32,
resize 40% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 43,
resize 28%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste frame 6, resize
45% and move into place, select the interior of the frame with your magic wand
and expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and fill with the
colour #1f1007, paste the tube mirrored, resize 40%, move into position, invert
the selection and hit delete, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame,
lower the opacity on the tube to 60, duplicate it, change the blend mode on the
top copy to “Hard Light” and merge it down onto the original copy.
Paste element 45,
resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste the tube again,
resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste wordart 2 and
resize it 50%, make a new layer below the word art and fill with white, go back
to the word art and select all, float and defloat, expand the selection by 1,
invert the selection and hit delete on the white layer, deselect, duplicate the
white layer and merge the copy down onto the original, merge the word art down
onto the merged white layer, position below the tube and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 62,
resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.
Paste element 90,
resize 10%, mirror and rotate 20 degrees to the left, position and apply the
shadow.
Paste element 40,
resize 18%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
