Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow
of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 15.

Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste mask 1.

Paste my mask, resize
75%, select all, float and defloat, paste paper z into the selection, deselect,
duplicate and merge the copy down onto the original.

Paste element 41,
resize 55%, duplicate, resize the copy another 60%, position and apply the
shadow to each.

Paste element 30,
resize 55% and mirror, position below the smaller copy of element 41 and apply
the shadow.

Paste element 40 on
the top and resize 50%, draw a freehand selection around the mask going
straight across at the bottom, make a new layer below it and paste paper z into
the selection, deselect, apply the shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the
paper and move into place.

Paste element 42,
resize 72%, position below the merged arch and apply the shadow.

Paste element 85,
resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 21,
resize 45%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 125,
resize 70%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 40%, position and apply the shadow.

resize 45% and move into place.

Open element 17, duplicate and close the original,  apply
the 20.20 mask to it then copy and paste on your canvas on the top, resize 20%
and move into place.

make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
