You will need mask 32 from the Christmas set from

Kopona.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity
65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with
white.

Paste the mask, resize 22%, select all, float and defloat
it, make a new layer, paste paper 16 into the select, deselect and delete the
original black mask layer.

resize 70% and move into place.

resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element  19,
resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  9,
resize 90%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  16,
resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  30,
resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  15,
resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element  62,
resize 45% and move into place.  Select
the interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 15, make a new
layer below it and paste paper 15 into the selection then mirror it, mirror the
tube then copy and paste it, resize 65%, change the blend mode to “Overlay” and
position in the element, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect and
apply the drop shadow to the element.

Paste element  26,
resize 60% and move into place.

Paste element  28,
resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  45, resize
50% and flip, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 18%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.

Paste element  41,
resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  4,
resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Undo the mirror on the tube and paste again, resize 33%, place
in position and apply the drop shadow.

resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop
your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent
background as a png.
