In this tutorial I
used the tube 42-3 from

You will need the
png version of mask 874 from

and mask 6 from 

Kopona.

Font of choice.

Other than the word art, I used a drop shadow of vertical
0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 and fill with
white.

Paste Rachel’s mask, resize 80%, select all, float and
defloat the mask, make a new layer, paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect,
delete the original black mask layer, duplicate the paper layer, merge the copy
down onto the original and move into place.

Paste the Kopona mask, resize 30%, again, select all,
float and defloat, make a new layer and paste paper 2 into the selection,
deselect, delete the black mask layer, duplicate the paper one, merge the copy
down and move into place.

Paste element  7,
resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  12,
resize 75% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  16,
resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  19,
resize 20% and mirror, position on the right, place in position and apply the
drop shadow.

Paste element  14,
resize 40%, duplicate, mirror one copy, place in position and apply the drop
shadow to each.

Paste element  8,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  18,
resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  17,
resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the wordart and resize it 60%, make a new layer,
fill with the colour #dad8d2, go back to the word art, select all, float and
defloat it, invert the selection, click back on the coloured layer and hit
delete, deselect and delete the original black word art layer.  Apply inner bevel to the new wordart as my
screenshot below and then apply the drop shadow changing the blur to 5. 

Paste the tube, resize 50%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.

resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  23, resize
20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  20,
resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  11,
resize 25% and rotate 90 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the
drop shadow.

Paste element  24,
resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  9,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  10,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  3,
resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  5,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  6,
resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  19
again, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  14
again, resize 30% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments.

Paste the tube mirrored just above Rachel’s mask, change
the blend mode to “Hard Light” and move into place.  Activate Rachel’s  mask, select all, float and defloat it,
invert the selection and hit delete on the tube, deselect and merge the tube down
onto the mask. 

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright
information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
