In this tutorial I
used the tube ”Officer Friendly” from

Barbara Jensen.

You will need the
png version of mask 324 from

Mizteeque’s Digital Designs.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity
75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill
with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 90%, select all, float and
defloat it, make a new layer, paste paper 3 into the selection, deselect,
delete the original black mask layer and move he paper copy up and to the
right.  When I had finished my tag I
duplicated this mask, moved the copy down and to the left and did some erasing
so just a little showed at the bottom.

Paste element  31,
resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  22,
resize 85%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 60%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.

Paste element  16,
resize 45%, position behind the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  17,
resize 30% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  24,
resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  8,
resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  18,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  20,
resize 55%, position on the right, duplicate, move the copy over to the left
and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  21,
resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  1,
resize 15%, duplicate, mirror one copy and rotate it 20 degrees to the right, place
in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  35
on the top, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  23,
resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  24
again,  resize 50%, duplicate, mirror the
original copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  37,
resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  5,
resize 23%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  24
again, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  10,
resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  7,
resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  36,
resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  2,
resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  14,
resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  33,
resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  25,  resize 30%, place in position and apply the
drop shadow.

Paste element  15,
resize 6%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  13,
resize 6%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 1, resize 60% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments (remember to
duplicate the mask), then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
text and export on a transparent background as a png.
